The app is available for iOS and Android, or you can visit the RV Parky Website to use on your computer.
On the RV Parky app, you can search for campgrounds near you (or your desired destination), add them to a favorites list, add reviews, and more.
Is RV Parky Free?
RV Parky is totally free! This app has no subscription fees, no in-app purchases, and no ads. This is always apt to change in the future, but for now its a great deal.
How To Use the RV Parky App
This app is incredibly intuitive to use. On the RV Parky app, you can look up previous trips you’ve taken, search for camping nearby, and so much more.
For trip routing, open the RV Parky app and click on “Trips”. Here, you will be able to create a road trip itinerary. You will name your trip, input information like your starting city, date, and average gas prices. Then you can add trip stops, and RV Parky will automatically calculate time and fuel costs.
To search for campgrounds near the areas you’ll be traveling, simply use the search bar on the first page. If you see a campground you like but you still want to keep looking, you can add the campground to your “favorites” list.
The RV Parky app map has different icons for different types of camping from National Forest camping, RV Parks, and overnight parking locations. You can filter your search to exclude or include certain things including average rating, type of place, amenities, and more.
What is the RV Parky Trip Planner?
A really cool feature of the RV Parky app is the ability to plan your trip. When you plan a trip on this app, you will put in your starting point, add all desired stopping destinations, and input your dates and average gas prices.
The trip planner will plan your trip for you and it will tell you how much you can expect to be spending in gas and expected drive time! When you are searching for campgrounds, you can add them to your trips with just one click.
There is a journal/notes option to keep personal accounts of likes, dislikes and favorite campsite numbers for when you return.

Oh, Ranger! – A guide to national, state and local parks. Free download.
RV Life + GPS – RV safe directions customized for your rig. Trusted reviews and community engagement. There is a paid “pro” option.
