Many thanks for this information. I have been toying with the idea of buying a Thor. This is because of the amazing floor plans as you mentioned. Now I am maybe reconsidering but you never know. I am however a handy type of person that can do many of my own repairs as long as parts are available and it is not a power train issue, I think we would be OK with a Thor. We shall see.
I just purchased my second Thor class A. This time I went with a DP Palazzo. I’ve only had it 3 weeks and I HATE it. The quality of products and workmanship sucks. And Thor WON’T stand behind their product.
After owning many RV’s over 30 years I have settled on Grand Design coaches because they seem to fit my needs and requirements better than most. I have had two models so far and couldn’t be happier. The first was a 2970RL Travel Trailer and my current unit is a 303RLS fifth wheel. I’ve had almost no issues with either unit but when I did the local dealer and Grand Design customer service group handled my needs quickly and completely to my satisfaction.
We bought a brand new 2021 Class C Thor motor home on December 2, 2021. We had nothing but issues with it from day 1. The subfloor under the big slide was cut wrong among other things. It was in the shop more than we were able to use it. We recently traded it in for a 2016 class A Winnebago. What a difference! Everything is made with quality. Will never buy another Thor again, even though they did have a good layout and lots of storage for the size.
@Trader.Lou, Check Reviews on Pissed Consumer. Winnebago not perfect. Thor Awful. (Except for Thor owned Airstream)… If you buy Thor, Grind the Dealer on the Price and don’t buy the worthless Warranty if you can do repairs yourself. Get it Professionally RVIA Inspected.

Own a 2020 Thor class C quantum sprinter…25,000 miles on it so far. Have been issues but ALL new RV have issues. We travel with friends with a 2021 Winnie View ..their door fell off on the highway and there levels stopped working after 2 weeks….I paid 50k less than the view ….happy with my choice
Thor RV falls very short on quality and customer service is horrible!
I will never buy another Thor owned product. They sell cheap garbage and don’t stand behind their products— specifically, in my case, Jayco.
