Let’s dig in.

Who Is Jason Momoa?

Jason Momoa is an American Actor born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Raised by his mother in Iowa, Momoa didn’t begin his acting career until he moved back to Hawaii after high school. It was during this time that he landed a job on the 10th season of Baywatch and stayed on until its 11th and final season.

After Baywatch, Momoa took a few years off to travel the world. This could be where he got his thirst for adventure.

Since then, Momoa has performed roles in TV series and movies such as Northstar, Stargate: Atlantis, and most notably, Game of Thrones. After living in LA for many years with his ex-wife, Lisa Bonet, he has recently moved into his RV full-time and lives nomadically. He also has two children, Lola Iolani Momoa and Nakoa-Wolf Momoa.

What Is an EarthRoamer?

What is an EarthRoamer, and why does Jason Momoa love it so much?

An EarthRoamer is a luxury Overlanding vehicle on a heavy-duty Ford F-550 4WD Chassis. Rugged and all-terrain, the camper has a vacuum-infused carbon fiber body, sitting on top of 41-inch military tires on Beadlock wheels. It also has plenty of air-ride suspension and King shocks to take you comfortably over any landscape you choose to explore.

EarthRoamers are entirely self-sufficient. You won’t have to deal with a noisy generator or propane fill-ups. You’ll have 1,320 watts of solar and an 11,000 watt-hour lithium-ion battery bank to power almost anything you need. Couple that with 100 gallons of fresh water and 95 gallons of diesel capacity, and you’ll be able to venture into parts unknown with little worry.

The inside isn’t lacking either. EarthRoamers come with a king-sized memory foam bed, a kitchen with an induction cook-top, granite countertops, a touch-faucet, and a heated bathroom. Yeah, we’re feeling a little envious, too.

If you have the financial freedom and dream of a nomadic life full of adventure, more power to you! Because honestly, what’s the point of having money if you don’t use it to follow your dreams?

If you’re like the rest of us who can’t afford it, that’s ok, too. There are plenty of unique rigs that will suit your lifestyle without putting you into debt. Ultimately, your home on wheels should enhance your freedom, not chain you down.
