22 Luxury RV Resorts in 2022

Are you the type of RV camper that prefers boondocking or staying in luxury RV resorts? If you fall into the latter category, we have just the list for you!

Across America, there are a variety of camping options available to RVers. There’s a style suitable for every traveler, from dry camping on national forest land to state park campgrounds to luxurious RV resorts.

If you’re considering a luxury RV resort for your next vacation, check out these options. We’re sure you’ll find one that’s just right for you.

Let’s explore!

What Makes a Luxury RV Resort?

What sets luxury RV resorts apart from standard campgrounds usually comes down to amenities, setting, and activities available.

At the very least, they’ll have full hookups for your RV. Each site will offer water, sewer, and 30/50-Amp outlets. Many will also include a picnic table and grill at each spot for guests to use.

Another feature at luxury RV resorts that many RVers appreciate is spacious campsites. How often have you stayed at a campground only to find the spaces are nearly on top of each other? No one likes that! So having a bit of extra space to spread out is always lovely.

The amenities of RV resorts can play a big part in determining their luxury status. Some of the more luxurious resorts will include a pool, hot tub, cabanas, workout areas, and family activities like mini-golf.

We’ve identified luxury RV resorts in every region of the country. Whether you’re planning a trip to the southeast, Midwest, or west coast, you’ll find at least a few luxurious possibilities from our list.
