Why It’s Not So Great: Lightweight and cheap, but also kinda flimsy. They shift around on uneven ground or in windy conditions, and that’s a big nope for keeping your RV stable.
These chocks don’t provide the secure fit you need to feel confident your RV isn’t going anywhere. They might work in a pinch, but for long-term use, you’ll want something more reliable.
Sure, we’ve used them for a while because they’re cost-effective. But they’re not the end all be all.

It often leaks and reduces water pressure. Major buzzkill. The Water Bandit’s flexible silicone design sounds great, but in practice, it doesn’t create a tight seal, leading to annoying leaks and wasted water.
Almost every time we’ve used one, it’s blown off the end of the faucet.
Better Option: Honestly, there is no better option for this. The idea is novel, and the only way to improve it is to zip-tie the end of it to keep it from blowing off under pressure.
4. Camco RV Stabilizer Jack Pads
Why It’s Not So Great: These pads are supposed to stabilize your RV, but they often sink into soft ground or crack under heavy loads. Not cool.
They’re just not built to handle the weight and pressure of a fully loaded RV, especially on uneven terrain.

It’s also not the easiest thing to pack up and take with you.
