If it isn’t in stock, they’ll order it for me.” Jeanie left a review for a different location stating that an employee “took a bag of sand out to my car. I know it’s part of their job, but he looked genuinely happy to help! Please let him know he made my day!”
However, as said before, Home Depot and many other retailers won’t always knock it out of the park. It’s also important to remember that many retailers are battling worker shortages.
